What is this Whiny Robot?

The Whiny Robot is a cute little way for you to annoy all of your friends. It’s an 8-bit music synthesizer with knobs for eyes, an on/off switch for a nose and a speaker for a mouth.

The circuit was put together at Inter Access during a intro to synthesizers workshop called Punk Atari Console. For me was also an introduction to soldering. I learned a lot and was inspired to take the project further.

How was it built?

I designed the enclosure in CAD using Fusion 360 and had it 3D printed. You can view the enclosure models below.
